Finish my food and drink and notice ants in my cup. I thought maybe from the ceiling but no and check the soda machine and saw them right away. Told the staff about it and they said what do you want us to do. I told then that probably drank the ants too. This is not the first time with the soda machine last time a customer told them it's dirty and they should clean it. They should offer refund on my drink or something. Even sorry would be great not "what do you want from us". Won't go to eat there anymore.
I’ve been visiting this Subway location in person regularly for the past week while staying in town (I’m from Edmonton), and I’m honestly very disappointed. There’s always a lineup, which is fine — but what’s shocking is that the store has no air conditioning, and most of the time there’s only one employee running the entire place. I came at 630pm on June 16, there was a massive line and one worker. Idk who thought that one worker would be sufficient for a dinner rush but they need to rethink things. This is not a bad review on the individual worker, she did amazing and was super sweet, but she should not have been alone. Please reconsider how you deal with dinner service.
Excellent Service by Pawan! I had a great experience at this subway, thanks to Pawan. She was friendly, professional, and very quick with the service. Even during a busy time, she had a smile on her face and made sure every customer felt welcome. It’s rare to see that kind of positive energy and efficiency these days.
