Nice people at this location, too! My second favorite option for Subway on the north side.
Passed by here from 6-8 pm today, this sign was up that entire time. Interesting.
Terrible service. Here’s a photo of a sign that was on the door for about two hours with no return time. Went there waited a half hour then went to the trampoline park and came back, the sign was still up with no return sign. So glad people hire people to do nothing, wish I had this persons job. Attempted to call and it was a call foward to someone’s cell phone, good job subway!
Could the young guy making sandwiches make it any more obvious that he didn’t want to serve anyone? Doing whatever in the back and when he does come out, makes it seem like I’m inconveniencing him, which I probably was. Hurrying me the moment he said “What can I get you?” The number of times he sighed while I looked at the menu was excessive as it was noticeable. I was looking to go back to subway. I have had such horrible service at the ones by my house. After looking at some of the reviews from this location I decided to stop in. I was met with a warm greeting and a smile from Juanita. From the beginning of my order to the end I had exceptional service. It's nice to see it still exists. Everyone loves their sandwiches. Thank you.
