I placed an order online and accidentally ordered vegetables in my sub. I immediately called the store three times, and no one answered. When my kids came to pick up the order, they told the staff I didn't want vegetables in my sub. They called me , telling me I should have told them that beforehand, and they hung up on me. I understand it was my fault, but the staff member who called me was very rude to me and did not handle the situation well.
NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I BUY FROM THIS SUBWAY & I LIVE ACROSS STREET FROM THEM. I WILL DRIVE AN HOUR TO ANOTHER SUBWAY BEFORE I EAT THERE AGAIN! RUDEST, CHEAPEST PEOPLE EVER. I ORDERED NACHOES TO GO. AND THE LADY REFUSED TO PUT HARDLY ANY SPRINKLE CHEESE ON THEM. THEN I WANTED TO REMOVE THE JALAPENOS AND REPLACE WITH BANANA PEPPERS. THEY WERE RUDE AND REFUSED TO ALTER THE NACHOES....EVEN GOING SO FAR AS TO CALL THE BOSS AND HAND PHONE TO ME!!!
