she screams at her customers and the bathrooms are disgusting. Where is Customer Service?
Can’t rate the food. DONT ORDER ONLINE. They were closed before I got there to pick up my online order due to staffing issues. Which was inconvenient but I understand. What I don’t understand is why I have to jump through literal hoops to get my order refunded. I called the next morning and explained that I placed an online order and they were closed. Ordered 3 times. All 3 times the sandwich was gross. This last time it didn't even have any sauce at all and barely any meat veggies nothing. How many times can you get sandwiches wrong.
I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this location. I visited with my service dog, and a woman who identified herself as Kim immediately began yelling at me, demanding that my dog wear a vest, and even threatened to call the police. For clarification: under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), service dogs are not required to wear a vest, especially when proper identification is provided.
