I am a teenager and I went by myself to go get food here by my bike. The guy that serviced me was very unsettling. I arrive to the store with the guy repeatedly asking me if I will come back and when I will come back, and when I left, he left the counter and stared at me as I left. He signaled everybody outside on break to watch me leave.
Sooooo I walked into the building at 3:30pm and no one was in the building. I waited because I figured someone would eventually come up (assuming they went to the bathroom). I waited about 10 minutes and no ever came to front. I noticed a car on the outside of the building with the door wide open and feet sticking out. So I called the cops they came within 5 minutes and inspected the building and no one was in there. I pointed out the car and he went checked, the employee (some Indian man) was in the car sleep. I just visited this subway an hour ago and ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch on a Herb and Cheese footlong sub, i added pepperoni slices and marinara sauce from the meatballs, my sandwich artist then added parmesan cheese and oregano before topping it off with provolone cheese. She carefully placed the sandwich then into a special bag and grilled it. It was hard to understand the employees due to huge accent. Ordered an avocado wrap and had to tell staff to put avocado on it!! Cucumbers tasted sour! We picked them off our food and threw them out. Luckily we were only passing through and won't have to visit that location again!
This terrible franchise basically robbed us blind earlier. Put in an online order a half hour early just to go in to be told that it's been waiting by the register instead of the pick up spot it normally is in. Proceeded to leave with my sandwich and got back to work hoping to enjoy, only to realize the entire sandwich was wrong. Upon going back to the restaurant to get my money back, they refused to give me my money back or render their mistake. The incident resulted in all the customers behind me leaving.
