I’m a huge Subway fan and always order the same regular wrap with all salads. Today, I was down at Elanora and decided to grab lunch. Unfortunately, the service wasn’t up to my usual high standards. I felt like I shouldn’t have used my Subway card. To make matters worse, when I unwrapped my wrap, I discovered that it wasn’t even put together correctly. I was disappointed, and I’m sure the team will need some more coaching.
Amazing store, friendly staff!
Horrible customer service during my recent visit. The staff member serving me appeared more focused on chatting with colleagues than taking my order. Unfortunately, the quality of the sub was disgusting, and the requests regarding my food allergies was overlooked, which is extremely concerning. Overall, it was one of the worst sub experiences I’ve had.
Walked in at 8:40pm to get some dinner and got refused by a male employee wearing glasses stating that they closed at 8pm. However the sign still stated 9pm, the doors were open and the open light was still illuminated. Not impressed by this at all. I assumed he was just trying to finish early and get out of doing his job correctly.
I ordered a pizza sub for my hubby and then I got lettuce and ham on it. I ordered it for pickup on my phone. The people were nice at least. But just please do better next time.
