Service was not the best. I understand being 30 minutes before closing, but at least get the sandwich right and move on to the next customer. This was supposed to be a welcoming visit, but the atmosphere was so off that my I avoided the timing to get my sandwich toasted. The only positive was that the fridge was organized.
I have been here 2 times. The first time was amazing! I can honestly say it was the best sandwich I have had. Now, this is the second time. I wanted to come back to this location because the first time was unforgettable. This time, I called ahead to see if the had a pick up so they can bring it to my car. I called 4 times total in an hour. It was before and after I placed the order. I just got out the hospital so did not want to walk in if I didn’t have to. I’m not to upset about this part. Rina is an awesome person who cares about ALL Subway customers and fellow employees. She does a wonderful job and deserves a pay raise! Love her!
