Had a gift card and they simply said no
They don’t put up signs when they are out of ingredients. I wanted 15 minutes in line before the sub artist told me they didn’t have any meatballs for the meatball marinara sub. A sign on the glass would have been helpful and could have saved me 15 minutes. Awful location.
Never again. Stood there in line, for 20 minutes. By the time I stepped up to the counter to order, I watched the girl make sandwich after sandwich after sandwich, for people who weren't even there, because they put mobile app customers ahead of those who take the initiative to visit their establishment. This is a poor policy, and sets a bad precedent. I'll be going elsewhere from now on. I won't be a part of facilitating laziness on the part of the app users.
Unfriendly staff. No free refills? I mean dude I spent like two bucks on your over iced watered down syrup water, at least give me one refill.
Waited for 20 minutes to order a frozen meatball sandwich that we could not add sauce to. Then they opened it with dirty gloves after handling non food items shoved it in the toaster again to give us back a nice burnt sandwich. Horrible customer service.
