I went today to buy a footlong and i waited 2 hours for a sub they only had 2 employees no manager no help this is unacceptable they should at least have 3 o 4 people on a busy convention day and had no manager to talk to or make a complain Subway need to do better

They sliced their meats paper thin so even though I paid extra for double meat I basically have a $30 lettuce sandwich. I think my receipt may be thicker than my turkey.

Saturday 5/16/2026 The cashier displayed great customer service. I ordered my cookies and she noticed that it started to curmble went above and beyond and dug in to the warmer to replace it with fresh ones. And offered advise that it is warm and fragile to be careful. Which was great as I was still walking past through the crowd of EDC attendees and in to the parking lot by Tailgate Pool.

This lady is very rude Sol (Name on name Tag) .. horrible customer service. Should not be working hospitality/customer service on the strip. She acts like she hates her job. and she will ignore you even if you’re speaking to her respectfully. And honestly, I only see her be friendly to other Spanish-speaking workers. She wouldn’t even look me in my eye and made me put my food in my own bag. Not my first rodeo at this place, but this is my first encounter with her definitely unwelcoming.
