Amazing service and fresh, delicious food! The staff was very friendly and made my sandwich perfectly. The place was clean, and the service was fast. I had a great experience and will definitely come back!

Waited over 10 minutes and no one was at the counter—the only staff member was in the restroom with no way to call for help. No bell, no response, nothing. Very poor service.
Placed an online order through their app for pick up for 2 footlongs. Went to pick up when it was time, the person was still making it with no sense of urgency even though it was well past the pick up time. She mixed up the sauces, smiled at me when I told her about it and then asked what I would like to do.
