Never open when they say they should be
I ordered a footlong Hotshot Italiano on flatbread through the app and added the comment to put the oil and red vinegar on the side. When I opened the paper wrap, I noticed the oil and vinegar was on the wrap. I always save the second half for lunch or dinner the next day, but now that the oil and vinegar are on the wrap, the second half will be super soggy and I won't be able to eat it.
Been going to this Subway for many years and its been a hit or miss on most occasions. But over the last few years, I can't remember the last time I've been able to get food from this store. NEVER opens on time when I happen to stop by to grab a sub to take to work for lunch. Each time I remember that I live near a Subway, I try to grab something from this exact store and get nothing.
