If your employee can't tell that the marinara sauce for your meatball sub has been burnt when it appears blackish in color not red, then they apparently are incompetent to be serving food or simply don't care what they are serving your customers. U would expect someone serving food would taste what they are serving if it doesn't look right because the burnt taste was so evident that sub could not be eaten by humans.
