Went in today after placing my order for two sandwiches at 9pm. we arrived at 9:30pm and they hadn't even started making it yet. We got our food by 10:15pm and by the time we got home and checked they made it COMPLETELY wrong. not a good experience.
Ordered two foot longs- cheese was wrong on both, bread was wrong on one, sauce was wrong on one. The sauce also seemed like they put it on after they closed the sandwich, more on the wrapper and outside of the sandwich than in it. One was supposed to be toasted and it wasn’t. Ordered 6 chocolate chip cookies- we received one chocolate chip, 3 raisin and 2 chocolate. It’s 11:45am I can’t imagine they were already sold out… pretty sad service.
When I went into Subway on division today, I ordered 2 Turkey subs, the girl barely put lettuce on the sandwich and I asked for more lettuce, she side gave me on 8 foot long for tomatoes, about 10 pieces of olives and a few onions. I asked expert lettuce and a few more always. She got a little irritated, I had a coupon 2 subs for 13.95, which came in the mail. Walked in to order because the single car in drive thru sat there 5 minutes. Upon entry, the employee was making a 5 minute sandwich for the drive thru. As he was speaking through headset and making the sandwich, he was repeatedly touching food and headset buried in his hair. DISGUSTING!! Ive never even eaten here, and never will. Really questioning food safety and refuse to risk it.
Nikki rocks she is so up eat and courteous when we go in there which we do about once a week every time she's been on point. Good service, good food. Good time. You guys did a really good job by hiring her
