This location takes the national coupons/the coupons that come in the mail which cannot be said about several other Subways in Portland. I usually order on the app and pick it up in the store. I've never had an issue and the employees are always kind- the older gentleman with long hair is especially good with customer service. My order is always ready by the time it says its going to be ready in the app.
After much time avoiding this franchise, I figured it was time to give them another chance. I'm still not impressed. As soon as you enter, I gotta admit the customer service has stepped up. The guy gave me suggestions of what to put on my sandwich despite subway having taken some ingredients away to make their sandwich better. Options were a bit better once the guy made the sandwich different than what subway has it. So decent sandwich for lunch.
