I waited for 20 minutes without receiving any attention from the sandwich maker, who was preoccupied with an African American woman seemingly taking her time, possibly to irritate me. Another employee, upon noticing I was Latina, excused himself, claiming he was only handling phone orders. Frustrated, I decided to leave.
