Ordered to this location by entire accident. Called to cancel my order as I'm over 2 hours away and can't pick it up, but a refund is somehow entirely impossible. Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced
No subway bags or napkins. Wrapped in plain paper
They barely put any vegetables in the subs, and when you ask for a little more, they act like it’s a problem. On top of that, sometimes they don’t even pay attention to the ingredients you’re asking for. Really disappointing customer service.
The girl was making me a sandwich and then her neck started itching, and she started scratching her neck right in front of me with the gloves she was wearing while cooking.
