First off my experience took place Aug,19,25. I placed an order with this restaurant at 9am,but placed the order online from the website just to be told they don’t accept online orders at this location!! Please don’t place an order online with subway expecting it to come to the Orleans location. The short older lady which told me she’s been there at that location for 10 years gave me an attitude while I was trying to resolve my issue. This place need to update their closing time to 9:30pm they are always closed before ten....
To start with there is only one employee at lunch time and after helping 2 customers she decided to continue to fulfill an online order without even acknowledging us , at least to say, thank you for waiting, I’ll be right there with you”, such poor customer service. Plus an alarm kept beeping amd the employee was ignoring the sound which was extremely annoying.
$13.64 for a 6" sub. Total rip off. Service is bad, you have to wait for ages as usually only one person working. Avoid this daylight robbery.
