Usually this place is good but today I got there and some skinny/sick looking woman made me the sandwich of the day meal which is what I stated at the beginning, and when she rang me up she argued with me about that I was supposed to get a drink, saying stuff to me that didn't happen, I was like ok whatever she gave me the cup insisted I was incorrect I moved on and went to sit down and eat and she kicked me out immediately because she wanted to "clean the bathrooms" because her shift just started so now I gotta eat my sandw... read more
The lady who works there usually takes her job seriously the boy with the tattoos sux. He litterally rips one piece of salami into three pieces and serves you nothing barley. Its on my body cam as a security gaurd I literally paid for the sandwich then told him to throw it away and I usually tip. Worst experience at this location ever go to rainbow and Tropicana they are the best and deserve a tip.
Since when does getting cheese on your sandwich cost an additional charge? That’s some bullshit. And then how do you forget to give me a drink 2 seconds after I order it at the register and then charge me for a large drink when I ordered a small after you’ve already charged me for the the sandwich making have to pay twice? Eddy was not a cool guy at all. Not helpful and seems like he does not want to work there. Not helpful one bit and honestly shouldnt be working there.
I see why this location has 2 stars!! I wish I could give it zero stars. I placed a family order online and paid for it but the toaster was not working and now I have to wait 3 days to be refunded. I am so mad right now!!! They did offer to give me raw bacon if I wanted to cook it at home though so I guess that was some effort…
