They only put 4 pieces of meat on a 6 inch. Not good. Avoid this location.
Horrible! Was rushed. Had to repeat myself multiple times literally gave me 4 slices of meat on a foot long and asked for simple salt and pepper and was rudely told they don't have any salt. Total price $15.33 for the sandwich only no extras. Never again! Try to post a 0 but can't.
Picked up an online order for a footlong, and received a 6”. Mistakes happen, but I used my lunch break to go pick it up. I called the store to get a refund of the difference and was hung up on. I called back and was told my only option was to come back. I explained this wasn’t an option as I work 15 mins away and used my lunch break to pick up my order. 5 Stars The new owners at this Subway in Plantsville are absolutely incredible. Even with a brand-new staff, they were fully present—supporting and guiding without ever taking over. They made sure their team had everything they needed, stepping in only to answer questions or offer help, especially when something went off-menu.
