I had an issue with my order at Subway because it was made incorrectly. However, when I spoke with the manager, Iris, she was very professional and apologetic. She took the time to listen to me and immediately redid my order correctly. I really appreciate her excellent customer service and the way she handled the situation. Mistakes can happen, but having a manager like Iris who takes responsibility and makes things right makes a big difference. Thank you, Iris!
Had the worst experience with the customer service person . Poor customer service with an attitude . She needs a refresher course .
