This is a new subway and I thought they were going to be good at there job. Some of this people I get through drive thru are really rude when ordering. And they don’t pay attention and do the order wrong. It’s sad that I live in this area and people there are always rude to us. So won’t be going g to this location no more. You will know once you be there.
Service was excellent and prompt. Cleanest Subway I’ve been to in the valley.
From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The service was excellent from start to finish. I made sure to ask for the staff member’s name because he stood out—his name was Ivan, and he truly provided great customer service. He was polite, attentive, and made the whole experience enjoyable. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had in Subway. An employee named Ivan was very disrespectful and rude. You guys should fire him right away because of his nefarious attitude.
