This was my second time coming here, and the first time I ordered a sub online and I get there just for them to tell me they’re out of roast beef and I had to pick a chicken sandwich. THIS TIME however I got into the drive-thru line around 6:18 pm and it was 6:40 pm when I was still waiting in line with 2 cars ahead of me to pick up my online order. I don’t know if they’re low-staff or poorly managed, maybe both but I wouldn’t be surprised if they close down soon. Next time I’ll go to the university location. What a waste of... read more
It’s not much different than any other Subway EXCEPT you can’t use ONLINE COUPONS. Wanted to avoid getting down and wanted to utilize drive thru. It’s a convenience thing to be able to order online and be able to use monthly mailed coupons, so I’ll be going to other locations.
