I work in the Swedish Center and wanted a couple of cookies but then decided to buy 10 some to share within my small group of co-workers. The cookies were stale, dry, hard, and you could tell they were not fresh. My co-worker says, "Just take them back and ask for a fresh batch, that location is really good and the manager is really nice." ⭐☆☆☆☆ I cannot recommend this Subway inside Walmart #5823 (6185 Retail Rd., Dallas, TX). During my visit around 7:00 p.m. on July 6, 2026, I observed a woman who was not wearing a Subway uniform or name tag sitting in the dining area while loudly directing the employee preparing food. She also appeared to be on a personal phone call. When I politely asked if she was an employee, she replied, "It does not matter." On May 7, I ordered two lunches totaling $15.45 but in using their card device, I somehow doubled that amount to $30.90. I reviewed my receipt later that day and returned, asking for a refund of the extra amount. The manager ran my card again, stating it would be refunded but it might take a few days to be evident in my bank statement. In reality, I was charged ANOTHER $15.45 for a total of $46.35 that day. Wife and I went to the subway in Columbia ms today June 14 2026. The wife was waited on when we walked up to the counter but I was never waited on and was asked by two different employees and told them both I had not been waited on and they still never waited on me. Not sure if subway offers eye exams for their employees but maybe they should start.

I order meat ball sub six inch. White no toast no cheese no vegs how are is that? I came home and they gave pre toasted bread. How can you screw that up? By using bread that they toasted before I ever came in. No English . I have at it after years never had a complaint last two years this shop can be trusted to three meat ball on soft white sub sin inch. I want my money back

Very dissappointing sandwich, wow has the quality gone down hill but the prices gone way up? Not worth the price at all,  bread tasted day old, the meat was sliced as thin as paper, no taste very blah. Will not be going to subway anymore
