This subway is by far the WORST SUBWAY in the Dmv. The working lady(hispanic lady) is always annoyed and seems like she is having a BAD DAY! She seems to roll her eyes and gets annoyed when ask to put more meat, as if we are eating off her plate! Management is no help as usual as they seem to cover her mistakes! do yourself a favor DO NOT EAT HERE! YALL just missed out a very big corporate catering venues! ZERO STARS.
I would give all zero stars if I could. I’ve been in this restaurant twice in the last month and both times it was the same single server who is atrocious. She told us that they were out of certain things or the oven wasn’t working once we asked to order. She also refused to take our coupons and said that the computer is messed up. I was going to order my food after I use the bathroom, but the door needed a code so I asked the lady at the front but she gave me an attitude and told me that I had to buy something before I got the code. I had to use the bathroom very bad so she gave me the code, but when I got out to buy something, she gave me an attitude while paying.
Worst subway store ever. I ordered on subway app and yet i had to wait for 30 minutes on top of another 15-20 minutes to get there in the store and the employee was very rude not to even mention food were not ready when she saw me waiting. When i asked she was rude and mentioned whoever in the line were priority. I would not consider this location ever again.
