I would give all zero stars if I could. I’ve been in this restaurant twice in the last month and both times it was the same single server who is atrocious. She told us that they were out of certain things or the oven wasn’t working once we asked to order. She also refused to take our coupons and said that the computer is messed up. I was going to order my food after I use the bathroom, but the door needed a code so I asked the lady at the front but she gave me an attitude and told me that I had to buy something before I got the code. I had to use the bathroom very bad so she gave me the code, but when I got out to buy something, she gave me an attitude while paying.
Worst subway store ever. I ordered on subway app and yet i had to wait for 30 minutes on top of another 15-20 minutes to get there in the store and the employee was very rude not to even mention food were not ready when she saw me waiting. When i asked she was rude and mentioned whoever in the line were priority. I would not consider this location ever again.
I go to Subway a few times a month at various locations and this one is the best I have been to. The place is clean, the service is excellent, and the food is fresh. I have never had an issue of any kind here and have been here maybe 20 times over the last year. The owner is Vladimir and he is very customer service oriented and expects the same from his staff. This is the 3rd time they are out of meatballs and toppings i like. 2 times was enough, 3rd time is a review.
