Appt was kept as promised. Ricardo was the technician and was outstanding in terms of answering our questions, providing info on the system, and providing options for consideration.
Brian was very knowledgeable. He provided a detailed explanation of the AC central unit. Showed me where the leak was and what needed to be done. Also provided information if we wanted a new unit. It was nice of him to say they will make sure the repair is done by the end of the week. He sadly came late in the day so he was just able to do the diagnostic test. Just glad he made time to come to provide the diagnostic test.
My tech was amazing today. He educated me and told me that what certain filters I need to use to make sure it captures the dust and dirt that’s coming in filtered through the house again I appreciate him very much and Hope to have him next time.
Bi-Annual Heat Pump service performed. Everything was checked, no issues found. Very professional and helpful
The tech had to follow up some prior work the company did. He was professional, cordial, and got the work done quickly.
