The technician, Saul, was scheduled to arrive between 3pm to 5pm. Happily, he got here early, 1:45pm. He checked the system thoroughly and diagnosed a bad circuit breaker. He was knowledgeable and friendly
Bryan did thorough job checking all the units and making sure they were operating correctly. Appreciate him taking time to explain any issues
We called for service because our AC wasn’t cooling and the house was heating up quickly. When Bryan arrived, the unit was off. He ran a full diagnostic and confirmed it was getting proper voltage, and the motor was spinning freely, but the blower wouldn’t kick on. He diagnosed it as a bad blower motor that needed to be replaced under warranty. There was a short wait while the part was ordered, but Bryan kept us informed the entire time.
