Jose showed up on time and did a great job of communicating and showing just what my A/C needed.
Worked with Jeff and Chino and were fantastic to work with. Personable, knowledgeable and answered all of the questions that I had. Just a great experience from start to finish.
Did not have a good experience with them. Paid for the maintenance program but they never came out for the visits. Talked to mgmt and they did ultimately send technicians out for 2 visits. Unfortunately neither of them found the clearly obvious, multiple major problems our old HVAC system was having. A year later, a bit of money and a ton of time wasted, and multiple rooms with no airflow.... Feel like we paid for something and did not receive what we paid for.
