I had my first ever six month service. They’re very thorough. They went over filters with me went over different things we could do to preserve my air conditioner overtime considering we just found out our home warranty for a brand. Diagnosis what's wrong with my AC.
We just completed a diagnostic inspection with Austin Air Conditioning and it was fantastic. Saul was the technician assigned to us and performed his duties in an outstanding and highly professional manner. He was very knowledgable of not only the installed AC equipment, current level of operations. We found him to be very personable and happy to answer any and all questions ask.
