William takes to long, did all mobile orders while me and my team were waiting to order for about an hour
I arrived at 4:11PM and there was one person in line. The other customer asked William (the employee in the photo) “Can you make my order now I’ve been standing here for awhile” William responded “It will be a wait” Eventually he got to that customers sub. I placed a pickup order at Subway while I was about 15 minutes away. When I arrived, I couldn’t find my order. The employee told me someone else had taken it by mistake and even tried to get the sandwich back from that person, asking me to take it. I refused and asked for a fresh one. She then had to call the manager and they discussed it for quite a while while I was waiting. I don’t understand why the manager couldn’t just quickly confirm the remake.
