Bob is great, I have had two problems with my iron/sulfer filter and he came and diagnosed them and quickly fixed them. While he was fixing the problems he taught me quite a bit about maintaining my equipment. He is not the type of person who is trying to sell you something, He is there to fix your equipment. He is also is probably the most reasonably priced water softener repairman you will find. Thank you BOB!
Bob is the best! He was referred to us separately by 3 professionals- our plumber, HVAC, and electrician! He's the most experienced, won't sell you what you don't need, even came out on a Sunday to test our water. He's a very brass-tacts kind of guy! He didn't charge hundreds of dollars to test out our water like another company had quoted us for-actually did not charge for it at all. Happy with our water softening system! Thank you Bob!
