Thank all of you for your reviews I have been thinking about getting rid of my XC90 for quite a while now mainly because I am in the shop pretty much every 4 to 6 weeks with one issue or another. I keep all my receipts and bring them in each time. Since alot of times they cannot seem to find them in their computer system....humm. Maybe I got a lemon from the get-go who knows. Are they going to be surprised this time since I put in cameras to check for leaks and who knows what will show up LOL.
Please read the fine details very, very closely. After providing a 10-day payoff for our trade in, Capital Volvo sent the payoff after the 10-days and now, the bank, has a balance due of around $100. We received a letter from the bank. When I informed Capital Volvo, they said via the salesman that it states in the payoff document that the customer is responsible for any difference. BAIT & SWITCH SCAM. STAY AWAY. Unethical and untrustworthy dealership and service department. The dealership decided not to honor their website coupons, car was in service for 2 days, revealed surcharge on credit card payments at the last minute, service "issue" review software is a "squeeze play", uncommunicative staff. Manager nowhere to be found. I suggest taking your business somewhere else.
Toby helped us get a car for our son yesterday and it couldn't have gone better. He was very nice and answered all of our questions and made sure everything was taken care of on the car. This was the most pleasant and quick car buying experience we have had. Ask for Toby next time you go looking for a car!
