An employee of ours was a patient and received some of the worst treatment and service that I've ever heard of. He was told to stop calling the office' and that his medication was "not their problem". I honestly couldn't believe this process and I've never seen anything like it. Due to his condition, his medication has to be submitted as a claim in a very unique matter. The office submitted it incorrectly, and United Healthcare reached out and provided instructions.
