Recently we had the pleasure of visiting suburban travel to obtain currency exchange. First I sent an email for information and within 5 to 10 minutes received a response. That is the fastest email response I have ever received from a company. When visiting the location we received fast and courteous assistance. Thank you very much

Worst customer service would not take blame for a mistake on their end. We used them many time in the past but would Never use them again.If they treat every customer this way It will not take long to go out of business.

Called Suburban and talked to Dean because of construction on every route between my home in Clarkston and new location of office, my GPS was cutting me close. He said he would wait 2 mins. He walked right past me at 2 min after 5pm and he knew it as I was walking around building try to find a poorly marked Suite. Dean I am sorry you have been burned in the past but I was very honest and very sincere. Jerk.
