Terrible customer service. They place structures (decks) directly on the ground & they are not built with decking screws. A year later the structure is sinking & twisting, & screws are snapping as they are not the proper screws. So the only way in & out is now a safety hazard. The manager basically said to bad so sad, it’s over a year since purchase & weather caused the issues.... no your incompetent contractors caused these issues
