For the price - I will come back. This is an extended-stay location. It means that hotel guests are mixed with longer-term tenants. As with most budget extended-stay hotels,.it comes with its drama. However, the price was great and it's 5 minutes to the metro,.15 min walk to Walmart. Potbellys 5 minutes away. The area is getting gentrified.

Well this may have just been a bad day, but we were unable to get into a room until after 430pm. They kept telling all of us in the lobby that we couldn't wait in the lobby, and that no rooms were available yet due to staff cleaning them. Not impressed with the service and the rooms were not terrible, however alot of noise from people in rooms near us until we'll into the night. Will not return to this location.

The Suburban Studios rooms have been renovated, have newer beds, furniture, and cooking surface, and a full-size fridge. Beds are comfortable and the sheets and towels look fairly new and are very soft. NOTE: To turn the shower on, you have to push in/pull out the knob!
