While the staff seems at times uncommunicative and certain restrictions can be frustrating, the room I was given was in good condition and the complimentary breakfast is certainly a plus side.

I’m writing to report a very disappointing experience that felt discriminatory and completely unprofessional. We are Gold Members and had called in advance to confirm early check-in at 12 PM. However, upon arrival after a long flight, we were told that no rooms were available. Strangely, several white guests who arrived after us were checked in immediately—before 12 PM. I usually do not complain when I have a bad experience but I felt like I should share my experience at the worst place I've ever stayed. I reserved 2 separate rooms. Upon arriving to the motel style rooms, there was a putrid smell of people smoking (cigarettes and marijuana) mixed with mildew/mold smell piping into the rooms with the non-cooling AC.
