Good place to stay. I stay here while on the road for work and it really does the trick. I saw the fireworks from Kings Island and that was pretty nice too. John always does a good job at the front desk taking care of things too.

Good place for a cheap room. It's nice inside. Only issue was the phone was missing numbers so we couldn't call anyone if we didn't have cell phones.

Awful. First off it is super expensive for a crappy motel. They up charge like crazy because its beside kings island. When we got there, the smoke alarm was just beeping. We tried to use the phone in the room to call front desk and it was not working either. Finally got a hold of the front desk and they eventually came and fixed the smoke detector. Absolutely the dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in. I’m honestly shocked that my car wasn’t broken into. The man I dealt with at the counter was nice, and it’s close to Kings Island and lots of good restaurants. It’s also very cheap (for a reason), so that’s the positives. The bed seemed clean, but that’s about the only thing that was. If you are expecting anything more than a very ran down, flea bag motel, you are going to be very disappointed.

Location is great for a kings island visit. Decided to go late so the hotels we normally stay in were fully booked. At less than $200 a night on opening weekend last minute this place seemed solid after looking at the photos and the negative reviews seemed more alarmist and exaggerated than anything else. I must warn that the photos in reviews aren't real. The rooms Don't look this way, the lobby isn't this clean. Don't trust this hotel. Very dirty, rooms had strange smells, not well maintained.
