Absolutely the dirtiest room I’ve ever stayed in. I’m honestly shocked that my car wasn’t broken into. The man I dealt with at the counter was nice, and it’s close to Kings Island and lots of good restaurants. It’s also very cheap (for a reason), so that’s the positives. The bed seemed clean, but that’s about the only thing that was. If you are expecting anything more than a very ran down, flea bag motel, you are going to be very disappointed.

Location is great for a kings island visit. Decided to go late so the hotels we normally stay in were fully booked. At less than $200 a night on opening weekend last minute this place seemed solid after looking at the photos and the negative reviews seemed more alarmist and exaggerated than anything else. I must warn that the photos in reviews aren't real. The rooms Don't look this way, the lobby isn't this clean. Don't trust this hotel. Very dirty, rooms had strange smells, not well maintained.

Rooms LOOK nice, but upon closer inspection are not great. Floors look like they've never seen a mop, walked around in white socks unknowingly and had to toss them they were so black. Baseboards looks like they've never been cleaned, left over trash under the ac unit from previous stays, dist bunnies, etc. AC smelled horrible everytime it kicked on. Cigarette smoke from people in adjoining rooms would waft into the room, could hear people coughing in the shared wall room. Mattresses are on cheap metal frames so just sitting ... read more

The manager is very rude and not professional at all! He doesn’t know how to speak politely and just keeps yelling all the time without listening to you! Shame! Rooms are with cockroaches, cleaning is not good under this crazy management! Very disappointed
