I dont recommend this place at all, i was here a few months back. The only good part about this 'long stay' hotel is its location. To start, the quality to price ratio of this establishment is really poor, it seems like a good deal compared to the other places around but its a terrible experience, old furniture and fixtures, odd smells in hallways and a run down feel. Its crazy what a 25-50 dollar price difference can mean in regards to the hotel industry.

Walks in prior to check out time unannounced at 10:40 am!!! Rude, overcharging for rooms with holes in the wall; lamps broken, bathroom vaguely clean (not clean at all), towels (questionable clean), duct tape on mirror, bed and sheets eye brow raising...its all hell. I should be paid for enduring such disrespectful bullshit as this was. We wanted a room to relax from an exhausting week. Suburban Studios staff were fantastic when we arrived. They made room for us; although they didn't have too. My fiance and I were very impressed. Impressed with the service and the new renovations. The last time we were here was about 2 months ago. They were just getting started. We could tell they thought it was going well too.
