Horrible rooms. Checked in, rooms were nasty, sheets had red blood spots and brown stains everywhere. Fire alarms missing from the wall. Couldn't even look further after seeing bugs going to bathroom. Immediately checked out and 5 days later, still no refund. They won't answer any calls from us or Expedia. "Manager will be duty tomorrow morning around 9 or 10 AM" is their favorite line. However, they can't give the managers name. This is more of a family home than a hotel. This was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. No coffee maker in room, no continental breakfast, shower would not work and would not hold water for a bath. The TV had 2 remotes and could not get either one to work. Only good things was bed and plenty of towels but only 2 pillows. Also not compatible for handicapped people no elevator.

talk to front desk Bud AC not working spend 2 weeks no response make a complaint about dryer no response from the front desk ask for clean sheets and bedding denied there's piles of trash on the outside outside of building nobody speaks fluent i English. stove works when it wants to

Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid Suburban Inn & Suites at all costs. What happened here wasn’t just “bad service”—it was outright negligence. After I checked in, I had to leave briefly and ended up with an emergency car situation. I called the front desk asking to be connected to my room so I could reach my husband. The woman working flat-out refused, claiming “they’re sleeping,” even after I repeatedly told her I was the registered guest and not in the room.
