booked through hotwire, what looked like a nice hotel. checked in after driving 10 hours to find actual blood stains on the sofa bed and fresh piss on the bed mattress. tried sleeping on the floor on a blanket we brought and had a cockroach crawl on us. we left. do better. customer service is a nightmare

Horrible rooms. Checked in, rooms were nasty, sheets had red blood spots and brown stains everywhere. Fire alarms missing from the wall. Couldn't even look further after seeing bugs going to bathroom. Immediately checked out and 5 days later, still no refund. They won't answer any calls from us or Expedia. "Manager will be duty tomorrow morning around 9 or 10 AM" is their favorite line. However, they can't give the managers name. This is more of a family home than a hotel. This was one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. No coffee maker in room, no continental breakfast, shower would not work and would not hold water for a bath. The TV had 2 remotes and could not get either one to work. Only good things was bed and plenty of towels but only 2 pillows. Also not compatible for handicapped people no elevator.

talk to front desk Bud AC not working spend 2 weeks no response make a complaint about dryer no response from the front desk ask for clean sheets and bedding denied there's piles of trash on the outside outside of building nobody speaks fluent i English. stove works when it wants to
