Missy at the front desk is rude and has a nasty attitude and mouth. She is unable to communicate and do her job correctly. She likes to overcharge on the rates and when you ask her a question she rolls her eyes and neck then starts cursing at you. She doesn’t need to work with customers.
The best part of this stay was the check in with Jeff he is such a delight; great hire. The room was disgusting, disappointing, and disturbing. King size bed was on top of a wooden queen size box spring with a metal king sized frame on top. Seeing is believing. No working smoke detectors. Unwanted unpaying guest; roaches. The jacuzzi tub mouth dropping horror show. Paid for unused. I wish I could get a refund of my money and stay.
I’ll skip the stories and cut to the chase… BLACK MOLD. And not in the bathroom. And not in just one room.
Wi-Fi password is Perfect10. Great place , it’s not a resort but for the price it’s perfect.
