Please be aware of rate changes from hotel staff just because. I was told that the owner Mrs. Patel, lowered my rate to $60 I have been paying that price for weeks but now Katherine at the front desk is telling me it’s not supposed to be that rate. So now I’m paying more money just because and when I asked her to check with Mrs. Patel she stated she couldn’t cause she is on vacation. I asked who was in charge since she is not here and she stated no one is.

Missy at the front desk is rude and has a nasty attitude and mouth. She is unable to communicate and do her job correctly. She likes to overcharge on the rates and when you ask her a question she rolls her eyes and neck then starts cursing at you. She doesn’t need to work with customers.

The best part of this stay was the check in with Jeff he is such a delight; great hire. The room was disgusting, disappointing, and disturbing. King size bed was on top of a wooden queen size box spring with a metal king sized frame on top. Seeing is believing. No working smoke detectors. Unwanted unpaying guest; roaches. The jacuzzi tub mouth dropping horror show. Paid for unused. I wish I could get a refund of my money and stay.
