Terrible experience with this product. Ordered the high back jump seat with 3 point seat belt. The item came with hardware missing and none of the nuts that were included fit any of the bolts that were included. There were no assembly or installation instructions in the box and the only ones available on the website are a joke. The seat belt does not even come attached to the seat, nor are there any instructions on how to install it safely. I eventually figured it out on my own after a Home Depot run for the correct bolts. TERRIBLE service experience and business practices! Go elsewhere for your Bostrom truck seats!!
Ordered a set of mirrors for my truck on their website. Paid with credit card and they received payment. Order cleared. Called me next business day stating that they could not ship it and I would have to pay by wire transfer or mail a check. Because I don’t have checks. Because of that they had to cancel my order per them and refunded my money back to my card. Then charged me 3.5%. My dealership that referred me never heard of that either.
