Ive had Chuck take care of my septic system for the last 15 years. He is the most professional educational person that makes having your septic system running smoothly. I wouldn't have any other person or company take care of my system.
I typically don't leave reviews but felt compelled to do so after the service received today. Chuck was professional, polite and most importantly extremely knowledgeable. He went the extra mile to explain the entire process of the septic cleaning and filter replacement. Luckily, I switched to SSS because the previous septic company was not removing the other cover which was resulting in the tank essentially being half cleaned each time.
