Recently had some issues come up on home inspection and the team there couldn’t have been more helpful navigating through a super stressful situation. Debbie was kind and responsive coordinating the process. Jeff was knowledgeable and thorough with the technical hands on part. Chuck did a super job with the pumping. Happy to recommend them for your next septic system needs.
I live in a very residential neighborhood where the speed limit is 25 mph and there are kids playing in several yards. This company’s truck drives speed unsafely through neighborhoods. My husband and I guesstimate that their pumping truck was traveling at 45-50 mph, double the speed limit. I called the company to report my concerns, they said a supervisor would talk to the driver. Suburban Sanitation is ALWAYS there for the Veterans of the Iwo Jima Memorial providing excellent portable facility service at our events. They are very dependable and very nice. Without hesitation, we would recommend them to everyone. We are so glad to work with them.
Big note of thanks to SSS for coming out so quickly today. I called with a septic problem (clogged filter) at 7:30 AM and by 9:30 the problem was fixed. The man who came was very friendly and professional and left the yard in as good of shape as can be expected. Thanks for making a potential holiday week problem a total "non-event"!
