We have been calling them to assess our roof that they built a few years back and now needs repair. They don't bother to confirm a time and despite waiting for over 6 weeks with calls/messages sent weekly, there has been no response. Most businesses have the minimum courtesy of getting back to you and letting you know. Not these guys. They keep saying "we'll check and let you know" or "let me find out and get back to you" but never do.
Called them three times over a 10 day period just to see if someone could come out to check out my leaking roof. The receptionist told me, on the third phone call, that the owner would call me after a meeting. He never called. I wonder how their roof work looks if this is how they handle potential customers.
We had this company replace a roof on our condo building 5 years ago I have begged them for over 6 months to please just come do a roof inspection. We have called weekly for months. I even seen the owner next door and said oh I need a big ladder and Ill be back. Never seen or heard from him again. This isn't a residential job this is 2 large condominium buildings with 12 units.
