Called them three times over a 10 day period just to see if someone could come out to check out my leaking roof. The receptionist told me, on the third phone call, that the owner would call me after a meeting. He never called. I wonder how their roof work looks if this is how they handle potential customers.
We had this company replace a roof on our condo building 5 years ago I have begged them for over 6 months to please just come do a roof inspection. We have called weekly for months. I even seen the owner next door and said oh I need a big ladder and Ill be back. Never seen or heard from him again. This isn't a residential job this is 2 large condominium buildings with 12 units. Extremely Disappointed I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this roofing company has been beyond frustrating. I had a roof installed just three years ago, and despite multiple attempts to reach out about a leak, I’ve received no real help. Messages go unanswered, promises to call back are never kept, and no one is ever available to come out and inspect the issue.
