We had this company replace a roof on our condo building 5 years ago I have begged them for over 6 months to please just come do a roof inspection. We have called weekly for months. I even seen the owner next door and said oh I need a big ladder and Ill be back. Never seen or heard from him again. This isn't a residential job this is 2 large condominium buildings with 12 units. Extremely Disappointed I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this roofing company has been beyond frustrating. I had a roof installed just three years ago, and despite multiple attempts to reach out about a leak, I’ve received no real help. Messages go unanswered, promises to call back are never kept, and no one is ever available to come out and inspect the issue. Richard at Suburban Roofing was friendly and knowledgeable. I needed the roof replaced on my new house within 30 days of closing to satisfy homeowners insurance. Despite the short timeframe, I was pleasantly surprised when Suburban Roofing was able to replace the roof a week after closing. It looks great, and I am happy with the new fortified roof.
