As far as property management goes, you guys have my vote! I was so nervous about moving cross country and renting again for the first time in almost 30 years!! Sharon has been so great with communication and super responsive to any inquiries I've had, have been here 8 months now and feels like I'm talking to family when I call. What a great community and a great company to deal with.
My family and I needed to find a new home to rent in a hurry, and it needed to be in the same school district so our daughter didn't have to change school in the middle of the year. Over a period of ten days, I dealt with several different real estate agencies...some national and some local. I first met Cristy in Dec. 2024 when I was visiting family in Arizona. I googled for realtors and came up with Cristy's name. We have been corresponding between Virginia and Arizona for a year. In December 2025, I decided to make the move to Arizona. Cristy was quick to respond to my phone calls and texts and answered my questions quickly. She was a delight to work with and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking to purchase property in Arizona.
