Things have been ok since starting here, but the appointments with my psychiatrist could easily be done through a 5 minute phone call. Thats all fine though, I bike there when I do have an appt, but now Ive run out of meds, and the receptionist was saying "you arent allowed to talk to your phychiatrist" and "you can have a refill on you med for atleast 10 days" (next available appt). I have never had a bad experience with front desk staff as others have said. The kiosk was not working for a long time with no Out of Order sign, meaning people kept trying. Eventually I got in the habit of checking in at the front desk. Recently there was nobody at the desk so I tried the kiosk again and it did work. Confusing and time wasting. I like my providers. My experience here was awful, I will not be returning after only one appointment. I expressed my concerns with the provider about medication and expressed interest in weaning down, as well as exploring other options besides medication to treat my issues. She not only dismissed my concerns but prescribed me further medication that I did not want to take. The whole appointment I felt like I was not being listened to and was being pushed more meds, even when expressing that I did not want to go this route. In receiving the bill... read more
