Just had one old tank replaced with two new ones by Matt and Josh. They were on time, did a fantastic job, were very thorough, and did not leave until they made sure all was working as intended. They also left with everything in the work area looking even better than before they arrived. I received great customer service from Nancy and Kevin before the job started, too. Thank you!
Called them today to say I was out of gas and needed a fill. They said can’t come for 4 days. Well I said I can’t use my appliances and he Adam came today!!!! He immediately came to my door and knew there was no way I needed a fill and I had a leak. Dan got to figuring it out and found my leak! He was thorough and a perfect detective to figure out the landscaper did it! He got me filled and safe and got someone coming to my house tomorrow to fix it. Thank you Dan! You are awesome and I appreciate you!

My husband and I have been customers of Suburban Propane since 2007. They have been extremely reliable and my propane tank has never run out! We are currently Building a new house and am thrilled to be able To call them To set Up new service there. They also have Helped me In the past to refer me to someone they Trust to install my Gas stove safely. Appreciate all that They do and look forward to continuing business with them!
