Well handled even through problems they got the job done! Ladies in the office always professional whether I was happy or not. Shout out to office that often catches the gruff; when they did nothing to catch it.

My wife had friends coming over next weekend and mentioned that they may want to get in the hot tub, so I checked propane tank level and decided to order more, I called on Monday, they said they would be here on Thursday, I waited til 3:30 and gave them a call. They said I was on schedule for Friday. I waited on Friday and called at 3:15. They said I was on schedule Saturday, why not notify me? We will see what Saturday brings.

I do not recommend Suburban Propane. We called suburban about a gas leak located at our tank (regulator/valve) and a prematurely empty 200 gal propane tank that resulted. Although the tank and equip is leased to us by Suburban, they told us that we were responsible and had to pay for the gas refill due to the leak in their equipment. We had noticed that the gas consumption had been increasing over the last year, and the last 200gal refill was very quickly consumed. So we called Suburban because of a potential gas leak. They told us they would send someone right out. - which they did, and then they billed us for the visit?! I couldn't believe that is not simply part of their service. When we called to ask about the bill, we then asked jokingly if we cancelled out service, would they charge us when they came to take away the tank. But apparently yes, they do charge you for cancelling your service! Currently looking for another propane company.
