I have been on auto fill and prepay for years. Then I realized how much the fees are that are added to every delivery. I changed to the will call to save those fees for actual propane. You came out anyway so I called. Tish didn’t apologize but said it was me who didn’t charge it on my account. Almost $30 in fees. It’s not easy to switch to a new and cheaper provider so I’m stuck. We moved into a new home with issues we were not aware of. Art identified, explained and fix everything he found. He was friendly and professional. Highly recommend. We spoke with Missy on the phone for billing questions/process. All of our questions were answered without issue. She was friendly, polite, and thorough. Highly recommend.

They love to nickel and dime you on fees, transportation fee, training fee, delivery fee, end contract early fee, rental fee. We had them Les than a year, was cheaper to dump them and pay the fees than to keep them. I highly recommend going anywhere else other than suburban. The service guy was good, but the company is out to get any amount of money they can. So they show up with a tank and then charge you for what propane is in the tank, let’s say 10-20 gallons.
