Driver came by and decided not to fill our propane because of some snow near the tank over consecutive weeks. Scheduled re-fill, the driver drove by the house and never stopped. We are now waiting for an emergency 1000 gallon fill as the temperature is -30 degrees outside and we have no secondary heat option.

I would give this company negative stars if I could. They have overcharged us hundreds of dollars and I have tried for almost a YEAR to get this situation corrected. After countless hours of phone calls with them, we still don’t have a refund check nor a credit on our account. We are still receiving bills. I have also been requesting a fee audit since July and have not received that either. The customer service at this office is terrible. I’ve dealt with a couple of propane servicers in the area, and Suburban propane was very responsive. They were pleasant and were able to work with a seasonal schedule. They came to fill and inspect on time and were very knowledgeable. Thank you!!!
