They don’t care about the customer. They screwed me out of $500 worth of propane that was in the tank when I switched companies and still billed me for taking the tank! They can take that out of what they owe me. Shame on them for doing this to their customers and especially during a pandemic. Pathetic !! Definitely better propane providers out there than Suburban Propane.
Just had a delivery of salt and the two gentleman could not have been nicer. They had put 3 fifty lb. bags on the porch before I got to the door. They asked if that is where I wanted them and I said I really would like them in the garage where the softener is and with no hesitation they carried the whole delivery to the garage. And so nice!! Great customer service. Wish everyone was that nice.
