I could never ever recommend this pitiful company. They have absolutely no customer appreciation and charge nearly double for fuel cost compared to locally owned companies in the area. I unfortunately moved into a home that already had a tank leased through them and am currently doing all that I can to get rid of their services no matter the cost. Would love to see this company go under in the near future!!!! Suburban propane is by far the worse provider for any services!
Absolutely the bottom of the barrel price gouging crooks.. After my mother passes away and her trailer had been moved I called in September to have them pick up their tank , I didn't hear from them till December the 20th when they sent a bill for the rental of the tank and a late charge was tacked on... I called them to ask why they hadn't picked it up.. The young lady that I spoke with told me that they were just to busy and couldn't find the time till some time this coming March..
