I would like to addendum this review. Evidently their customer service person was on vacation and the covering office staff was very overwhelmed managing the volume of calls and service. I received a call from Lisa at the Crescent City branch , who expressed genuine concern regarding my complaint and a sincere apology. We had a very good discussion, and I was reassured.
