Noone there anytime I've gone during the day
I ask Suburban Propane to deliver propane last minute to beat ice storms. They delivered a day early. Very pleased with prompt service!
I have been buying my gas here since it was called Dowdle back then the older lady in the office was extremely rude and uncaring. Now the staff and drivers are Cheerful and Polite. A change for the better! I will continue to buy gas here and recommend others do too.
This is the WORST COMPANY EVER!!!!! They have lied everyday to my elderly parents that have called since last week trying to fill their propane tank for this winter storm. No power for 4 days with no end in sight at the moment. Propane wall gas heater is the only heat source. Been told for two days they will be delivered to before the end of each day- the company was made aware that they only had 10% yesterday. Temp was between 12-15 degrees last night. No gas left.
