Best place ever
Used suburban for about 4-5 years until I got prices from other providers. Suburban charged me almost double that other companies charge. In addition, suburban charges almost $30 each time they come out to fill up the tanks.
Technician was in time and professional.
After my spouse called to find out their rates, someone ran my credit information without my consent or authorization. I never communicated with anyone at this Suburban Propane. Incompetent and terrible business practices. Do not trust a company who can't get the basics right. Also their rates are too high. Find another company.
We had an extremely frustrating and unsafe experience with this propane company. We are on the automatic refill option. On Wednesday, we called to report our tank was at 16%. We were told the delivery truck was already en route to our house. No one came Wednesday. No one came Thursday. By Thursday night, our tank hit 0%, leaving our home at 40-some degrees.
